1- When is the shipment after payment?
Usually we can sent out the shoes from warehouse to local shipment in day. But the shipment time depend on the shipment company.If you need quick express,like DHL,Fedex,pls contact us.The free shipping is use EMS.

2- Where i can trace my order?

3- About the color
There are some differences of the color due to the camera and type of different computer screen.

4- About the size
a- Please choose size according to foot length, (Don't choose size according to your country usual size !!!)
b- There will be 0-1.5 cm error of the manual messurement.
c- US size 10=CN size 270=Fit Foot length 27-27.5cm, 27-27.5CM means foot length only.
d- Foot length ≠ insole length ≠ outsole length.

5- About the small threads, stains, micro-color or micro-glue smell
Shoes with above problems are not belong to quality problems. Please don't open the dispute easily, If any, please contact us firstly, we will help you solve the problem asap. Thanks for your cooperation.

6- About the Drop shipping, Wholesale, Shipping to Guangzhou
We support above models, and we will not put any information about us on the package.

7- Why does it show that a refund is being processed after my order cancellation?
It means your refund is currently being processed for you. Normally, it takes about 3-20 working days to receive it in your bank account. Please wait patiently for the refund.
